    • Water, restroom break, messengers off, phone out of pocket, batteries charged, roommates informed.
  • Quick intro.
  • Quick sentence about the contents of the drop.
  • Ask for the following…
    • Messengers off
    • Phone out of pocket

      • Optionally - if music helps them, prefer non-vocal music.

Pre-Talk

  • I’d just like you to notice all the tiny changes that happen in your body and thoughts.
  • If you’re new to this, you may not have an intense response to this, and that is normal. On the other side, you may be pleasantly surprised if you watch.
  • It’s up to you to follow my instructions. I can’t make this happen.
  • Details of contents
  • Trigger contents
  • Safety.
  • Note option to exit with checkpoints.

Pre Drop

  • Last check to get comfy / bathroom.
  • Ask who will be participating. Ask anyone not participating to stick around, but to make room for those participating in front of you.
  • Mute
    • Optionally - ask them to raise their hand when they’ve muted so you know everyone’s muted.
    • You’ve got a raised hand/arm now if you want to use that in your induction.

Content

  • Do your thing
  • Reinforce safeties
    • Optionally - use their safety as an excuse for them to go deeper.
  • Reminder that the sounds surrounding them, their breath, and the sound of your voice, can just remind them that everything around them is fine… Sometimes focus and trance can come and go… It’s perfectly normal to notice thoughts and sounds during this process…
    • It’s an excuse to go deeper / relax again / use an anchor to go deeper.
  • Add checkpoints if people are comfortable with continuing.
  • Soft check for phenomena. Ask them to notice differences, rather than a hard ‘you can’t move your body.’
    • Optionally, ask them to remember this feeling, and continue deepening.

Post Drop

  • Check in
  • Ask anyone to raise their hand if they need a bit of an awakener
