220.05 - Future Pacing
Again from the pile of good stuff from Kinky NLP - future pacing is where it’s at. Try it on your subject’s next trigger that they want re-upped.
The Idea
- Guide them to the “state” you’d like to modify. Trance depth, a trigger, whatever.
- Ask them to notice how it feels.
- Ask them to imagine themselves in third person, practicing and improving at this this for…
- 10 minutes…
- 20 minutes…
- 30 minutes…
- A day… (remind them of the dissociation, seeing this in the future)
- Three days…
- Three weeks…
- Ask them to notice how many changes are already there. (If this was a trigger, celebrate by playing DDR with the button.)
An Example
(Perhaps an impractical one unless you have only one of the most masochistic subs.)
H: And you remember that trigger… Enjoy Nickelback… do don’t you?
S: Sobbing in sheer terror!
H: That’s right… but… you asked me not to hold back, to truly show you what it meant to be devout, to fully give yourself to something… something amazing, something incredible… and you can see how you can already enjoy Nickelback in the background playing…
S: Distant screaming from headset!
H: Oh no - you’re not free yet. Enjoy Nickelback.
S: Garbled, calm screaming… “It’s… good…”
H: And you can imagine yourself… in the future… feeling this trigger, watching yourself learn to love and enjoy their wonderful tones… The melodies… The sound of the vocalist’s voice and how they couldn’t hit a note the size of a barnyard wall for the entire album.
S: Squirming, lusty breathing. “Yeah…”
H: Of course you could… But - what would it be like if, you watched yourself in the future, practicing this for ten minutes… This trigger becoming stronger and stronger. The pleasure from how bad this music is would just get to be too much, wouldn’t it? You’d barely be able to control your body, and you could begin to feel the tears roll off of your face, almost as they are now…
S: Writhing, silently…
H: But why would we stop after just a half hour of this?… I’m not so sadistic as to force you to continue this for days… so… we could imagine that you taking a little break… but coming back to it the next day. What would another full half hour of building the intensity look like? Would you still be able to control your body? Would you even feel your body? What would you notice? What sort of thoughts would go through that little head of yours…
S: Hmmmph!… groans
H: But my little Nickle-Slut - we’re not done yet. What about a week? A full week… pausing there to look at yourself. You may have already begun to have lost touch with your body at this point, but what about the rest of your mind? Is it just sheer pleasure? A need to go back and turn it up louder a louder? Begging for permission to do that even? Or can you even form words at this point… After… two weeks…
S: gargling sounds
H: And… a month… two months… But… we’ve only been watching the future… But as we trigger that one more time, ENJOY NICKELBACK-
S: Blood-curdling screaming!
H: That’s right. ENJOY NICKELBACK… ENJOY NICKELBACK… ENJOY NICKELBACK…
Word has it that a hypnotist once did this to one of their subs. The subject went missing, and they never found the hypnotist’s body.
Some More Ideas
- This doesn’t need to be Nickelback (thank fucking god.)
- This doesn’t need to be temporal. We can use anything instead of time - a more devout subject, a healthier person, anything that we can use as a base for change.
- Again, this is great for re-upping triggers. This is also just nice for improving the effects of something during a session.
